Riverside Psychiatry offers psychiatric care via telehealth to adults aged 18-64 throughout Massachusetts.

Integrative psychiatry is an approach that combines traditional psychiatric treatments, like medication management and psychotherapy, with complementary therapies to address mental health in a more holistic way. Together, we will explore treatment options like medication management, psychotherapy, nutritional adjustments, lifestyle coaching, nutraceuticals, and other custom recommendations…all aimed at enhancing the overall healing process and supporting long-term mental health.

About

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 14 years of clinical nursing experience, I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their best mental wellness. I believe in a warm, compassionate approach to care, infused with genuine connection and a sense of humor. We will work together as a team to help you reach your personal goals.

I founded Riverside Psychiatry out of frustration with the traditional in-and-out model of psychiatric care, where patients often feel rushed and unheard. My goal is to provide a space where you are treated as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms—while receiving the time and personalized attention you need.

I earned my Master’s in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA, in 2022. I am dedicated to lifelong learning and continuously expanding my expertise to provide the highest quality of care for my patients. Outside of my practice I enjoy traveling, gardening, and time spent with family and friends.
